Fancy a ‘soothing’ cuppa?

If you are looking for an extremely good detoxifying tea, look no further. I have just made my husband a cup of ginger, turmeric, and honey tea, and it’s so nice!

I find this rich, smooth, sweet, and slightly spicy tea warming to my soul, knowing that its many health benefits are assisting my body in healing, and repairing itself.

You will need:

  • Your favourite mug!
  • 1/4 teaspoon of organic ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon of organic ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of organic honey

Place the turmeric and ginger powder into your favourite mug, then pour boiling water, and add the honey. Give it a good stir, and let the powder settle for a minute.

Then simply relax, drink, and enjoy.
